Position: Performance Marketing Associate
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Experience: Freshers (with relevant internships in e-commerce or digital marketing)
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals eager to build a career in digital marketing and e-commerce. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will work closely with multiple brands, gaining hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media management, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms to drive traffic and sales.
- Oversee and manage clients&apos social media handles to enhance brand engagement.
- Execute marketing outreach through email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with client goals.
- Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and optimize strategies for better results.
- Maintain client communication, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with campaign performance.

What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Internship experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing (preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and eagerness to learn.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Analytical mindsetcomfortable working with data and deriving insights.
Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
