Our account managers take full ownership of clients' online businesses, making Upriver an extension of their teams Position: Performance Marketing Associate Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Experience: Freshers (with relevant internships in e-commerce or digital marketing) We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals eager to build a career in digital marketing and e-commerce . As a Digital Marketing Associate , you will work closely with multiple brands , gaining hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media management, and client communications . Key Responsibilities Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms to drive traffic and sales. Oversee and manage clients' social media handles to enhance brand engagement. Execute marketing outreach through email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with client goals. Analyze campaign performance , extract insights, and optimize strategies for better results. Maintain client communication , provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with campaign performance. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Internship experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing (preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and eagerness to learn. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Analytical mindset —comfortable working with data and deriving insights. Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
