Summary:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with a strong background in digital advertising, particularly Google and Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving results through data-driven marketing strategies, and a proven track record of executing successful ad campaigns. This role will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and reporting on ad campaigns to achieve our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage Google and Meta ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content that resonate with our targetaudience.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.Perform A/B testing to identify the best-performing ad creatives, audiences, and strategies.Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.Manage budgets effectively to maximize ad spend efficiency and ROI.Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy across all channels.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing YouTube and Facebook ad campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and performance marketing metrics.Proficiency in using ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analyticstools (Google Analytics, etc.).Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging ad content.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint.Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Instagram, Linkedln, Twitter).Familiarity with video editing tools and graphic design software.Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
