Job Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a focus on the publishing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, capable of building strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities - Identify and target potential clients in the publishing sector. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions. - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our publishing services. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Skills and Qualifications - 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the publishing industry. - Strong understanding of the publishing process and market trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
