Job Description

- We are a global MNC headquartered out of Finland. We are a 175 year old textile service company focussed on making our customers lives easier. Our services range from workwear, mats, hotel textiles to industrial wipers, cleanroom and washroom services.

We are looking for a Manager TA. Its an individual contributor role, reporting to HR Head India. Hybrid role with 2 days of WFO.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent, align with organizational goals, and forecast future staffing needs.

- Hiring Process Management:

Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidates to onboarding new hires.

- Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

Utilize various channels and tools (like job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems) to identify, source, and screen qualified candidates.

- Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to define job requirements and understand staffing needs.

- Employer Branding:

Create and execute employer branding initiatives to promote the company and attract top talent.

- Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Team Leadership:

Supervise and manage a team of recruiters or talent acquisition specialists, evaluating their performance.

- Compliance & Metrics:

Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies, and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience:Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Education:A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is often required.
- Communication:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases, social media, and job boards.
- Strategic Thinking:Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities to develop innovative recruitment solutions.
- Organization:Well-organized with strong project management skills.

Other considerations:

Candidates should have worked for companies with a turnover of 500 crores annually

Communication savvy, TA manager will be face of the company to external employees.

Hands on TA experience is a must as its an IC role
