Growth Partner

As a Campus Growth Partner, you’ll represent Atives in your assigned city and work to promote and onboard students across different colleges, universities, and creative institutes. You’ll conduct workshops, online sessions, and presentations — inspiring students to join the Atives platform and become part of India’s largest creative community. - Location: Across India (Top Cities: Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai) - Mode: Hybrid / Remote - Type: Contract | 4-6months - Joining: Immediate - Pay: upto ₹50Lakhs (Applicants from nearby or creative hub cities are also encouraged to apply.) This mission is driven by passionate individuals like you — the Campus Growth Partners — who will take Atives’ vision directly to institutes, colleges, and creative communities across the country. 🧩 Your Responsibilities: - Research: Identify and shortlist creative, design, art, and media colleges, institutes, and student clubs in your city. - Outreach: Contact faculty, student coordinators, and club heads to initiate partnerships or session opportunities. - Organize Workshops/Sessions: Plan and conduct offline and online sessions to introduce Atives to students. - Present & Educate: Deliver engaging presentations or demos to explain Atives’ benefits, opportunities, and community. - Onboard Students: Guide students through the registration and activation process on Atives. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutes, clubs, and campus representatives. - Build & Manage Team: Recruit, coordinate, and mentor a small team of student representatives or interns in your city to scale campus outreach. - Achieve Targets: Meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets consistently. - Reporting: Share regular progress updates, leads, and event feedback with the central team. ____ Perks & Benefits: Commission Rates & Payment Schedule: - ₹150 per paid conversion for 1–5,000 conversions. - ₹200 per paid conversion for 5,001–10,000 conversions. - ₹250 per paid conversion for 10,001 and above. Commission is calculated retroactively at the highest applicable slab once a milestone is crossed. Payment for commission is disbursed by the 7th of the following month and adjusted for any advance pay/allowance. Earnings Examples - 5,000 conversions (in up to 4 months): ₹7,50,000 (₹150 x 5,000). - 10,000 conversions (in up to 4 months): ₹20,00,000 (₹200 x 10,000). - 20,000 conversions (in up to 6 months): ₹50,00,000 (₹250 x 20,000). Target & Minimum Performance - Monthly target: 500–2,000 paid student activations. - Weekly minimum: 150 activations. - Partnership may pause or end if monthly conversions stay below 200. - Four to six month conversion goal: 5,000–20,000. Payment & Milestone Bonus Logic - Commission slab upgrades apply retroactively for all conversions. - Example: If you reach 5,100 conversions, all get the ₹200 rate, with any previously paid commissions adjusted upward. - Milestone bonuses and incentives can be added for top-tier performance as defined by Atives. You need to sell Atives Pro Membership to students at ₹799/Lifetime (worth ₹2999) | Early Offer for Students only.
