Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead efforts in expanding our business increasing market share and fostering strong client relationships The BDM will identify and develop new business opportunities manage key accounts and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills strategic thinking and a proven track record of driving growth in competitive markets Key Responsibilities - Relationship Building - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients key stakeholders and business partners - Act as the main point of contact for high-value customers ensuring satisfaction and repeat business - Sales Strategy Negotiation - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to target markets - Prepare and deliver compelling proposals presentations and bids to potential clients - Negotiate contracts terms and conditions to close deals and ensure mutual benefits - Collaboration Cross-functional Support - Work closely with marketing product and operations teams to ensure alignment in business development initiatives - Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to support product development and positioning - Revenue Generation Growth - Monitor and track sales performance ensuring alignment with business development targets - Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts - Work toward meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals - Reporting Analytics - Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline progress against targets and market insights for senior management - Analyze and interpret data to refine strategies and improve overall business development efforts - Networking Industry Representation - Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking meetings - Stay informed about industry trends competitors and regulatory changes Required Skills Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or related field Master s degree preferred - Proven experience in business development sales or related roles 3-5 years preferred - Strong understanding of sales techniques customer relationship management and business growth strategies - Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to build relationships at all levels including with senior executives and decision-makers - Self-motivated results-driven and able to work independently or as part of a team - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions - Knowledge of CRM software Salesforce HubSpot etc and MS Office Suite Preferred Qualifications - Experience in industry sector Architect Builder ref updazz com
