Job Description Designation: Associate/Senior Associate – Finance and Accounts Experience: 0 – 2 years Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Location: Allianz Services, Technopark Phase III, Trivandrum Roles and Responsibilities: Prior experience in Finance domain preferably Accounts receivable Customer Financial Interactions: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer accounts, providing financial guidance and support. Collections Management: Proactively contact customers for overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and collaborate with the collections team for effective debt recovery. Account Reconciliation: Conduct detailed account reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and work towards resolution. Financial Consultation: Provide financial advice and information to customers, addressing inquiries related to billing, statements, and account details. Data Accuracy: Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and customer interactions in the system. Collaboration with Finance Teams: Work closely with internal finance teams to relay customer insights and assist in resolving financial discrepancies. Desired Candidate Profile: Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Experience: [0 to 2] years of experience in voice-based customer service, collections, and financial management. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting processes, and financial statement analysis. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts in an understandable manner. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing customer and business needs.
