Note:- Applications are invited from candidates who are able to attend a face-to-face interview at the office address mentioned in the Job Description.- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview at our office.- The interview schedule and other relevant details will be shared via email following the initial screening process.Job DescriptionDesignation: Associate/Senior Associate – Finance and AccountsExperience: 0 – 2 yearsEducational Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldLocation: Allianz Services, Technopark Phase III, TrivandrumRoles and Responsibilities:- Prior experience in Finance domain preferably Accounts receivable- Customer Financial Interactions: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer accounts, providing financial guidance and support.- Collections Management: Proactively contact customers for overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and collaborate with the collections team for effective debt recovery.- Account Reconciliation: Conduct detailed account reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and work towards resolution.- Financial Consultation: Provide financial advice and information to customers, addressing inquiries related to billing, statements, and account details.- Data Accuracy: Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and customer interactions in the system.- Collaboration with Finance Teams: Work closely with internal finance teams to relay customer insights and assist in resolving financial discrepancies.Desired Candidate Profile:- Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.- Experience: (0 to 2) years of experience in voice-based customer service, collections, and financial management.- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting processes, and financial statement analysis.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts in an understandable manner.- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing customer and business needs.
