Senior Finance Executive

Purpose of the Job To manage day-to-day accounting activities and support essential financial operations of IBS Group, contributing to the seamless execution of financial processes for the organization. Job Accountabilities As a Finance Executive, your responsibilities will include: 1) Maintaining and preparing books of accounts, ensuring compliance and clarity. 2) Reconciling bank accounts to ensure accurate tracking of transactions. 3) Generating weekly MIS reports to provide actionable insights and keep stakeholders informed. 4) Processing vendor payments and tracking payment schedules to maintain smooth operations. 5) Finalizing accounts and coordinating with auditors to ensure timely audits. 6) Preparing detailed and well-structured fund requests to support business needs. 7) Managing Income Tax assessments and ensuring timely filing of returns. 8) Preparing and filing statutory returns and demonstrating a strong command of GST, TDS, etc. Jobholder Profile As an integral member of the IBS Group Finance Team, you will collaborate with diverse departments such as Chairman’s Office Operations, Administration, IT, and Travel while interacting with auditors, banks, and government bodies like GST, Income Tax, and MCA. To thrive in this role, you should possess: 1) Expertise in accounting, GST, and Income Tax, complemented by a passion for staying updated on financial regulations and best practices. 2) A proactive attitude and exceptional drive to meet objectives, demonstrating creativity, initiative, and a commitment to excellence. 3) Results-oriented capabilities, with proven skills in planning, organizing, and managing financial tasks efficiently. 4) A graduate/postgraduate degree in commerce, Preferably CA Semi qualified Candidates with 4 + years years of relevant experience in finance and accounts. 5) Apart from the above, the job holder will have all the required skills that any IBS management staff is expected to have, such as leadership, communication, social, and interpersonal skills
