Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping clients achieve their desired outcomes through our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Improve Conversion Ratio: Your primary focus will be on improving the customer conversion ratio by effectively engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the sales process.
2. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback through surveys, feedback forms, and other channels. Actively listen to customer suggestions, complaints, and concerns, and take appropriate actions to address them.
3. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer problems in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support or sales, to provide comprehensive solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Customer Retention: Implement strategies and initiatives to enhance customer retention rates. Proactively engage with customers to build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Support)
- Understanding of customer success metrics and lifecycle stages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Shopify and Delivery Website
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A customer-first mindset with a positive and professional approach.
