Job Description

- Design and implement talent development programs that aim to measure, develop and manage the Talent Pool for NPCI employees in line with the organizational goals.

- Identify high potential and key talent across NPCI and create plans to engage, develop and upskill them for future senior roles.

- Prepare and maintain a list of critical roles across NPCI and ensure that a Succession Plan is in place for these positions in consultation with the Senior Management.

- Drive the organization level as well as individual level Skill Index measurement as per the identification of hot skills in market and execute activities to enhance the overall Skill Index.

- Identify organization wide Composite and Individual Skill Gaps in employees' Current Roles (Technical/ Domain/ Behavioral); initiate and drive various programs to bridge these gaps.

- Plan and Implement the development programs and associated activities for Specialist Track for identified roles in NPCI.

- Manage the Learning and Development for staff and help organize trainings for identified Competency Gaps (Technical / Behavioral / Domain).

- Design and implement scalable L&D programs tailored to deep tech roles.

- Curate and manage internal and external learning platforms.

- Provide insights and dashboards to leadership on talent development metrics.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in L&D or Talent Management, preferably in a tech or product-led organization

- Strong understanding of deep tech domains and the learning needs of technical talent.

- Experience with digital learning tools, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
