Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team, with a strong focus on Recruitment and HR Operations. This role requires a hands-on individual who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support HR operational functions, and ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
- Track, monitor, and ensure adherence to recruitment TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Facilitate new hire activities, including induction, orientation, and onboarding essentials
- Manage background verification and complete required documentation (nomination forms, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records for new joiners and employee exits
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures

Ensure HR processes are compliant and efficiently managed

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good understanding of HR policy frameworks and operational compliance
