HR Generalist in Manufacturing

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR professional in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, and implement HR policies.
  • Manage recruitment processes, onboard new hires, maintain accurate employee records, address grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR Management and Operations.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Relations, HR Policies, and Labor Laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable.
