**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, including filing, document organization, and correspondence.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations for accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain records, databases, and other essential administrative systems.

2. **Calendar Management**:

- Coordinate and manage the executive team's calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Ensure that schedules are organized efficiently, with timely reminders and any necessary preparations.

3. **Communication**:

- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and respond to routine communications on behalf of the executives.

4. **Meeting and Event Coordination**:

- Schedule, coordinate, and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Handle logistics, such as venue booking, catering, and travel arrangements for executive team members.
- Prepare meeting agendas and capture minutes when necessary.
