- *Coordination:* Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
- *Reporting:* Prepare and maintain sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights for improving sales performance.
- *Customer Service:* Act as a point of contact for customers, handle their queries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- *Documentation:* Manage and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- *Communication:* Communicate with clients and stakeholders to support the sales process and gather feedback.
- *Inventory Management:* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to manage supply and demand.
- *Sales Strategy:* Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
- *Administrative Tasks:* Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing sales-related events.
