A leading **Sports Foundation company **islooking for a **Sales Lead - CSR **for Mumbai location.

**Description of the opportunity**:
**Talented, self-motivated, passionate about CSR with sensitivity and focused approach to achieve business development goals and make a positive impact.**

**Skills & Requirement**:

- Bachelors/Masters in Social Work, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing / Sales / Business Development
- Logical and analytical thinking skills
- Knowledge of CSR is an added advantage
- A flexible team player that can unite and maximize the collaborative approach to business success
- someone who has spoken or dealt with various brands for sponsorship and collaboration

**Looking for someone who has experience in raising funds, approaching various brands / corporates for tie-ups with the foundation for sponsorships etc. Looking for sales profile who can make a sales pitch.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify, research and develop organic data for online fundraising activities
- Source and create strategic partnerships for high value CSR projects with brands in the areas of Education, Health, Well-being, Skilling, Women empowerment etc.
- Independently manage cold callings and generate leads for CSR collaboration and business meetings.
- Respond to a request for information (RFIs) or request for proposals (RFPs) from
- customers / brands
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, NGOs, Brands, for driving CSR programs.
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai - 400050, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
