80,000 + is the number of associates we support globally as part of the Learning & Talent Operations (P&O) team. We are instrumental in ensuring successful operation of global learning activities across the organization and improving efficiency and simplification through high-quality administrative support.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Learning and Talent Central Administrator in Novartis Learning and Talent related systems
- Perform and deliver high quality GxP and Non GxP training activities in Novartis Learning Management System (UP4Growth)
- Ensure compliance to Novartis internal quality standards, relevant regulatory requirements and service level agreement (SLA)
- Stay apprised with the information on the major on-going incidents, escalations, issues and develop an understanding of recurring incidents and problem tickets
- Ensure timely completions of mandatory trainings and adherence to compliance policy
- Support in knowledge and capability building within the team
- Ensure all time readiness for customer and internal audits and support customers during audits and inspections by providing requested training documents

**Minimum requirements**

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy/Life Sciences/Engineering/Arts/MBA/HR or equivalent from reputed institute
- Minimum 3 years of desirable experience in QA/QMS/Learning Management Systems and operating in a matrix organization.
- Experience with P&O cloud solutions (preferably Cornerstone on Demand) and GxP, Data Privacy & Compliance requirements
- Operational Excellence, Navigates processes and procedures to get things done while focusing on continuous improvement whenever possible.
- Interpersonal Savvy, Works well with diverse groups of people, handles conflict situations effectively and builds formal and informal relationships. Strong collaboration skills, good relationships and stakeholder management skills for all 3 levels (Local, Regional, Global).
- Managing Change: Quickly adapts to match shifting demands of different situations and operates effectively during times of uncertainty
