This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own location.

**Qualification**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

**Minimum Experience**:
Proven experience as a Proposal Writer, Business Development Executive, or similar role in the digital marketing industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop high-quality, customized proposals that showcase Arissa India’s expertise, services, and value proposition.
- Create persuasive sales pitches that highlight the benefits and competitive advantages of our digital marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to gather information and insights to create comprehensive proposals.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up process with clients to address any questions, concerns, or objections and nurture relationships.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to tailor proposals accordingly.
- Assist in developing marketing collaterals, case studies, and other materials to support the proposal writing process.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills to identify client needs and align proposals with their requirements.
- Adept at crafting compelling sales pitches and proposals that capture attention and motivate action.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, etc.
