**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized workspace.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of equipment.
- **Communication**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Draft and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents.
- **Scheduling**:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Organize company events and training sessions.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Support data entry and database management.
- **Financial Support**:
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Prepare financial reports as needed.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work with various departments to support projects and initiatives.
- Help onboard and train new employees.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
