Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining files.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate office activities and events, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and assist with HR-related tasks.
- Help implement and improve administrative systems and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
