Founded by Raj & Dhaval Thakkar, RD Brothers blends old world experience with new world technologies to provide a professional experience to clients in the residential, commercial retail, industrial, education, and hospitality sectors.
As a telemarketer or presales executive for real estate, your primary role would involve contacting potential clients over the phone to promote real estate properties and generate leads for sales. Here's an outline of what your job might entail:
1. Prospecting: You would research and identify potential leads or clients who might be interested in buying or investing in real estate properties. This could involve accessing databases, using lead generation tools, or even cold-calling.
2. Cold-calling: You would make outbound calls to prospects who have not necessarily expressed interest in your services. Your goal during these calls is to introduce yourself, the properties you're promoting, and try to gauge their interest.
3. Qualifying leads: Once you have a potential lead on the phone, you would engage in conversation to determine their level of interest, their budget, preferences, and any specific requirements they might have. This helps you qualify the lead and determine if they are a genuine prospect worth pursuing.
4. Providing information: You would provide detailed information about the properties you're promoting, including features, location, pricing, and any special offers or incentives available.
5. Building rapport: Building a good rapport with potential clients is crucial for establishing trust and credibility. You would need to be friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the real estate market to engage clients effectively.
6. Handling objections: It's common for prospects to raise objections or concerns during the call. Your job is to address these objections confidently and provide satisfactory answers to alleviate any doubts they may have.
7. Setting appointments: If a lead shows genuine interest, you would schedule appointments for them to visit the properties in person or meet with a sales representative for further discussions.
9. Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of all interactions with leads, including notes on their preferences, objections, and follow-up dates, is important for tracking progress and managing your pipeline effectively.
10. Adhering to regulations: It's crucial to comply with relevant regulations, such as Do Not Call lists and data protection laws, to ensure ethical and legal practices in your telemarketing activities.
