Franchise Development: Identify and target potential franchisees, both individuals and organizations, who align with the company's values and possess the necessary resources to successfully operate a franchise.

Sales and Marketing: Execution of effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the franchise opportunity and attract potential investors by coordinating with Asst. Manager Sales.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Consultative Selling: Guide prospective franchisees through the sales process, providing them with comprehensive information about the franchise model, investment requirements, operational support, and potential returns on investment.

Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective franchisees.

Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales conversions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
