Customer Success Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Customer Onboarding: As part of the onboarding, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to project plans and delivering customer delight.
- Product Implementation: Discover all the requirements for new customers, establish the success criteria for implementations and drive the project to completion.
- Handle appropriate follow ups with clients, address, resolve and record any client issues that arise
- Provide tactical support to the Sr Customer Experience Manager
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, high-quality, and timely documentation of implementation steps and activities for internal and external partners
- Capturing, analyzing, and actioning data by way of creating reports and dashboards, analyzing client touchpoints, client feedback and identifying opportunities and trends
- Project Planning: Ensure weekly status updates.
- Experience: 1 year to 4 years of total work experience with good customer facing skills.
- Critical Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, analytical skills and excel knowledge
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
