Job Title - **Customer Success Executive**
Work Location - Sarjapur Road,**Bangalore**
**Shift:Night Shift-Females Only**
**Customer Success - **A customer success Executive supports the client after sales prospects to active users on our Services/Products. They have to be focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships. Provide service to client for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting. Work with Internal teams to understand the client requirements.
**Key Performance Area**
- Timely and satisfactory response to Customers feedbacks.
- Coordination with Internal Teams
- Tracking and updating on CRMs
- Maintaining the Reports.
**Roles and Responsibility -**
Ø Need to resolve the client issues on timely manner
Ø Should work with the internal team to get the update and provide the information to clients.
Ø Feedbacks and client satisfaction surveys should be updated on time and constant follow up with the clients.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
