- **Job Description**_

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and grow relationships with key customers, including identifying and addressing their needs and challenges
- Develop and execute strategies for retaining and growing customer business
- Identify and prioritize the needs of our most valuable customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, marketing, product) to ensure that customer needs are met
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns, and use this information to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and report on customer success metrics, including churn, retention, and upsell

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with key customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with the customer relationship management (CRM) process is a plus

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
