We are hiring for Customer Success Executive at Vizmo, a reputed Software company based in Bangalore.
About Vizmo The company was established with 3 initial members and grew to a total strength of close to 30 employees in a span of 2 years. Since 2021, the company has been expanding and looking to hire more individuals for sustainable growth and expansion. Vizmo’s mission is to enhance the workplace experience by developing enterprise grade products that can be used by millions of employees around the world. Vizmo aims to provide the best user experience to the various stakeholders by providing world class products and experience.
Enterprise Visitor Management System. Keep your workforce safe and manage your visitors at any scale with a simple yet effective visitor management system.
Job responsibilities
- Work with a cross-functional team (spanning Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance) and be responsible for nurturing existing customers.
- Build systems / processes to track user activity (especially adoption of our product).
- Diagnose potential problem areas, and coordinate with other teams to resolve these issues Execute content / feedback campaigns to engage users, and increase their activity on the platform
- Schedule & conduct regular reviews with customer's key stakeholders to demonstrate value & successfully renew accounts.
- Develop a strong partnership with all stakeholders and sponsors to drive product adoption
- Be the point of contact for Accounts and be responsible for the growth of the customer
- Advise clients on the most effective ways to use the Vizmo Platform
- Ability to understand customer requirements and see how Vizmo can add value in various ways
- Take ownership of the relationship post sales and grow the customer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Coordinate with internal /product teams once received any feature request or feedback from clients
- Build a long-term client relationships
- Conduct Demo / Training on the Product to all stakeholders
- Optimise existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
- Onboard Clients and Collaborate closely with team members support renewals and expansion opportunities
- Gauge customers’ levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other
- teams regarding product and service improvements
- Being the main point of contact between the company and esteemed enterprise accounts.

Eligible Criteria
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience reporting to external client-level stakeholders is a big plus
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills are paramount to this role
- SaaS and B2B/B2C experience is Added Advantage
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
