Join us in an exciting position in Credit Suisse Trust reporting to the Head of Data Quality and Governance as a Data Quality and Governance Officer within the business area Chief Finance Office, headquartered in Zurich. Data is a critical corporate asset, and managing it is vital to the success of the business strategy. At Credit Suisse we recognize this and have defined a group strategy and standards to ensure a gold standard of data management.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide operational support for analyzing, documenting, tracking and communicating Data Quality Issues within the Credit Suisse Trust platform. In addition, you will be assisting the business to achieve it’s strategic goals by producing meaningful reports and sharing insights based on data. Data Quality is a cornerstone in the overall CS Group Data Management Framework, and with your deliveries you will be directly improving the Data Management environment for Credit Suisse Trust.

Located in Mumbai, you will join an international team of highly motivated professionals, collaborating closely with global trust centers as well as the headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. There is a dynamic exchange with the trust centers and other businesses as well as key stakeholders resulting in a challenging and rewarding environment. By closely collaborating with various stakeholders (e.g. Business, Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance, Regulatory), you will contribute to the key processes within the business in relation to Data Management.

**Your skills and experience**

If we have caught your interest and have previous experience in dealing with compliance and risk control within the financial services sector, we would like to hear from you:

- University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or similar
- 3+ years of communicating business concepts and presenting insights to business stakeholders by using reports
- Evidence of developing and maintaining reports, as well as performing data analysis to communicate data quality issues
- Solution-oriented mindset with accompanying SQL and Excel skills are essential
- A demonstrated ability and understanding of the importance of a solid Data Framework and the criticality and impact on business processes
- Knowledge of the CS Group Data Quality Framework, CDO Governance would be advantageous
- You can meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing expectations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to navigate through all hierarchies, including dealing with international stakeholders
