As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market opportunities, and industry trends.

3. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

4. Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the company's services and capabilities.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and pricing strategies to meet client requirements.

6. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to achieve win-win agreements.

7. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.

8. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.

9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

10. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

2. Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in real estate or financial services.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.

4. Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

7. Previous experience in real estate or financial services industry is a plus.

8. Willingness to travel as needed.
