Role - Chief of Staff (Founder’s Office)

About this role:
Gameskraft is currently looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the Founder and drive some disruptive initiatives as well as some of the biggest strategic projects at Gameskraft, across product, engineering, business, tech, CX, Marketing & Design

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Act as a sounding board for key strategic decisions, take high-level strategic direction, and produce concrete output for the rest of the team (competitive analysis, new initiatives, etc)
- Spearhead strategic projects/initiatives from development through to execution, bringing together multiple stakeholders to help drive business growth and decision making.
- Own the rhythm of the business, drive execution with rigor, and solve cross-functional problems, working closely with the functional VPs/SVPs, CXOs across Gameskraft
- Manage leadership operations, improve communication and maximize effectiveness of the executive team in key forums
- Lay the groundwork to establish new systems and processes
- Work alongside an extremely accomplished yet humble leadership team

We would love you to have:

- Minimum**:8-12** years of experience
- Preferred: CXO/Founder’s office experience in B2C high-growth company/start up
- Proven track record of working closely with C-suite/VP-level executives and an ability to build trust with internal/external stakeholders of all levels
- Ability to dive into any area of business or product, understand business needs, and facilitate executive decisions. Sharp business judgment, ability to see the ‘big picture’ and to prioritize
- Detail-oriented organizational and process/project management skills to manage a wide range of incoming requests and responsibilities
- High propensity to get things done with ownership
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and communication
