Role Overview:
As the Manager of the CEO Office, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and internal/external stakeholders. The Chief of Staff serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, driving operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, and facilitating seamless communication across the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and analytical skills to oversee cross-functional projects and improve decision-making processes.You will also be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient communication within the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute organizational strategies, goals, and initiatives.
- Drive the implementation of high-priority projects and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with strategic plans.
Operational Efficiency
- Oversee daily operations and workflow to optimize organizational productivity.
- Act as a central point of coordination for cross-departmental activities and initiatives.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO, executive team, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage executive communications, including drafting speeches, presentations, and reports.
- Ensure timely and effective communication of key initiatives and priorities.
Team Leadership & Development
- Foster collaboration among senior leaders to ensure alignment on organizational goals.
- Mentor and coach department heads to enhance leadership effectiveness.
- Lead and manage special task forces or working groups as needed.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare concise and actionable reports to support executive decision-making.
Executive Support
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized.
Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, providing updates and gathering information as required.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in strategic or operational roles, with at least 3 years in leadership positions.
- MBA in Finance or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving organizational change.
Skills
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Expertise in project management and cross-functional coordination.
- Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
