Job Title: Business Development - Sales Executive - Wastewater Solutions

Location: Hyderabad

Department: Sales

Reports to: CEO / MD

Key responsibilities:
Experience: 2-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the wastewater, environmental,

or related industries.

Education: bachelor’s degree in business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Proven sales acumen and experience with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong understanding of technical products and ability to convey complex solutions to

clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and achieve targets in a fast
- paced environment.

Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying client pain points and designing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in industrial, municipal, and commercial sectors requiring wastewater solutions.

Sales Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. This includes prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing sales.

Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term, productive relationships with

new and existing clients. Understand client needs, providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Market Research: Conduct research to understand current market trends, competition, and

industry requirements. Provide insights for product development and market positioning.

Technical Knowledge: Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s

wastewater treatment solutions, technologies, and services. Communicate technical

concepts to clients in a clear and compelling way.

Proposal & Contract Management: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and contracts that align with client needs and comply with company guidelines.

Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and results through CRM software. Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Customer Support: Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely and efficient installation,troubleshooting, and support for customers after the sale.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
