**Role Description**
RAAH Group is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Executive for our Pune location. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. You will represent the company in sales, marketing, and customer support activities, as well as negotiate prices and prepare quotations to clients.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Inside Sales in Heavy Engineering Industry. Experience in HSE functions will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Experienced in quote preparation and international freight calculations
- Experience in working with international clients an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in using MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong analytical, negotiation, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
