Job Description We are a SEBI RIA and a wealthtec company with a technology enabled algorithmic driven equity advisory platform. The algorithm is based on an investment model with a ten year track record in multiple markets.
The platform is currently deployed and is used to manage money. Equity penetration in India is very low and an exponential growth is expected.
Much of that growth will be through digitally enabled channels. We are in that category of digitally enabled channels.

The role of the Pre Sales Associate would be to assist in the Sales process of the company and contribute to the overall growth plan.

Key Job
Responsibilities **Work with the product marketing team to develop and deliver outstanding client specific presentations that support each stage of the conversation throughout the sales cycle**
- Showcase each of the service propositions in a manner that specifically addresses the identified client need and creates excitement amongst the client teams about the product
- Facilitate client workshops and data gathering to uncover details of business challenges and opportunities, identifying strategic business and technology goals and KPIs that can be achieved through the utilisation of our services
- Provide creative, yet viable solutions to identified client needs, utilising extensive product vision and technical expertise
- Respond quickly and appropriately to client requests for information about service propositions that demonstrates its super value, benefits and capabilities.
- Provide direct market feedback to product managers that can be used to influence or provide feedback on product roadmap items
- Good commercial understanding of the sales process, ideally gained within a similar services sales environment, demonstrating a broad understanding of outsourcing and implementation models

Key Skills **Self starter having ability to work in a startup / unstructured environment and drive strategic initiatives and lead others.**
- Understanding of the capital markets, drivers, players, etc. and the ecosystem in which digital investment platforms operate.
- Data driven and strategic thinker, conversant and familiar with the emerging trends in the stock markets and related technology. Strong research and strategy execution and optimisation skills.
- Organizational Agility - ability to get things done both through formal channels and the informal network.
- Outward personality, creative mindset and resilience to adapt to a dynamically changing environment.
- Command over data analysis and reporting tools.
- Results focused. Keen learner.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
