**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented **Admin and Operations Manager** to oversee day-to-day operations, manage administrative tasks, and support event coordination. This role involves working closely with our creative team and clients to ensure the smooth execution of events and projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Admin & Office Management**: Manage office operations, scheduling, client communications, and documentation. Oversee office supplies and equipment.
- **Event & Project Coordination**: Support event logistics, vendor coordination, and ensure timely delivery of resources and equipment for events.
- **Budget Management**: Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and tracking expenses for events.
- **Team Support**: Act as the main point of contact for the team, helping with resource allocation and ensuring smooth internal communication.
- **Client Relations**: Maintain positive client relationships, ensuring all expectations are met and any concerns are addressed promptly.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in administration or operations, preferably in event management, photography, or videography.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office management tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and event coordination software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and client relations.
