**Your Role**
- Support the trade compliance organization administratively by maintaining digital files, correspondence, docketing follow-up tasks, planning and keeping meeting minutes.- Management of diligence reviews for end uses/end users, along with prohibited and restricted party screenings.
- Liaison on screening issues to ensure continuous improvement of performance with periodic audits of screening results.
- Expert on screening systems - manages settings and algorithms to common standards across platforms.- Actively and proactively manage relationships with compliance providers to ensure system optimization.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and recordkeeping requirements.
- Compile, submit, and track required government filings, notifications, updates, or other forms of submissions.
- Produce high-quality deliverables efficiently, following Atlas Copco’s best practices, templates, and guidelines.

**To succeed, you will need**
- Educational requirements You have a bachelor's degree or 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role, in a trade compliance, logistics or intellectual property department. Personality requirements You are discrete and know how to deal with confidential information. You are accurate and pay attention to detail. You are customer oriented, problem solving, independent and structured. You have excellent communication and social skills and have a positive attitude and are eager to work in an international environment. Operational Excellence- Affinity and experience with trade compliance administration is a plus.
- Affinity and experience with intellectual property administration is a plus - Professional working knowledge of English is required.- You can work with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Paralegal certification
- Trade compliance certification
- Experience working with a geographically dispersed team
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
