You will perform a range of dutiesincluding maintaining legal and regulatory compliance registers byresearching and communicating.

Roleof ComplianceResearcher

Acompliance researcher is responsible for coordinating and managingevery phase of statutory compliance management from researching topreparing compliance registers to conducting audits. Idealcompliance researchers should enjoy researching and draftingcompliance notes and demonstrating excellent attention to detail.In addition to being an excellent communicator you should alsopossess indepth knowledge of general regulations and legalterminology.

Responsibilitiesfor ComplianceResearcher

• Researchregulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins and various othersources ofinformation.
  
• Compilesinformation by coordinating with various stakeholders anddepartments
  
• Keepsother departments abreast of requirements by researching regulatoryand filing information; writing and communicatingguidelines.
  
• Preparesreports by collecting analyzing and summarizinginformation.
  
• Maintainsquality service by establishing and enforcing organizationstandards.
  
• Maintainsprofessional and technical knowledge by attending educationalworkshops; reviewing professional publications; establishingpersonal networks; benchmarking stateoftheart practices; andparticipating in professionalsocieties.
  
• Contributesto team effort by accomplishing related results asneeded.

• 1years of compliance research and draftingexperience
  
• Possessa bachelors or masters degree inlaw
  
• Priorglobal complianceexperience
  
• Excellentoral and written communicationskills.

• Abilityto resolve client complaints andconcerns.
  
• Willingnessto work virtually or in an officesetting
  
• Clearadherence to company policies and procurement rules andregulations
