Reservation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours, offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and cancellations using the company’s booking systems.
- Provide detailed travel information and support, ensuring a smooth booking experience.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and availability.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook for efficient communication, scheduling, and follow-up tasks.
- Update and maintain client databases and booking records.
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in a reservations or customer service role within the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other office software (Excel, Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
