Ticketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist clients with booking airline tickets, hotel reservations, and other travel-related services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize booking systems and software to check flight availability, confirm reservations, and process payments.
- Stay updated on airline schedules, fares, and promotions to offer the best travel options to clients.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient coordination of travel bookings and client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field.
- Passion for the travel industry and eagerness to learn about ticketing and reservations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn booking systems/software (training provided).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
