**Job Description: Ticketing Executive (Travel Company)**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Ticket Reservations & PNR Booking**: Handle **ticket reservations/bookings** for domestic and international flights, ensuring accuracy and timely booking.
- **Ticket Issuance & Reissuance**: Issue tickets to customers promptly, following all relevant guidelines and procedures.
- **Coordination with Airlines**: Communicate effectively with airlines to secure the best deals for customers, resolve any booking issues like **Schedule changes** and ensure smooth travel experiences.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting customers with their travel plans.
- **Quality Check**: Should have professional working knowledge in all types of Quality Check in travel domain.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and other relevant documentation.
- **Knowledge Update**: Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by providing ticketing support and helping to generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- **Problem Solving**: Handle any issues that may arise during the ticketing process, such as cancellations, changes, or refunds, with professionalism and efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive or similar role in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing systems and reservation procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in ticketing and documentation.
- Proficiency in computer systems and ticketing software.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) in Amadeus is required.
- Good communication skills are mandatory,
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles within the travel industry.

**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
