Sous Chef

**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at RYBA Eateries LLP located in Gurugram. The Sous Chef is responsible for supporting the head chef, managing kitchen processes, preparing dishes, and ensuring the highest level of food quality. The Sous Chef will also communicate with food suppliers, hire kitchen staff, create menus, and ensure compliance with food and sanitation regulations.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the food and hospitality industry
- Ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to develop and create menus according to customer demand and to market trends
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A degree or diploma in culinary or related field is preferred but not mandatory
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
