- Managed a team size of minimum 6 -7 Engineers
- Monitoring all escalated calls of engineers & updating the same
- Measure Performance of Service Desk Team
- Balanced workload across the Service Desk Team
- Minimizing the Call Escalations
- Provide reports related to Service Desk Progress
- Preparing Roster
- Training and counseling Team
- Ensuring Incident & Service request are categorized, updated and aligned correctly
- Ensuring the team is following the process set
- Should have worked on Service Desk Portal
- Preparing MIS/Dashboard
**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
