Industrial Sales Executive

Job Description: Industrial Sales Manager at Gasket and Sealing Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Visit plants and educate user department/ purchase department about the products offered and their benefits.
- Provide solutions to mechanical maintenance department for complete sealing and insulation.
- Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients.
- Prospect, negotiate, freeze on commercials and close deals with necessary documentation.
- Build strong personal relationships with clients.
- Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
- Seek out opportunities in the industry and be aware of market conditions and competition.
- Generate enquiries from reputed industries and plants of products offered.
- Finding relevant tenders and filling up tenders of organizations in online portals.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Gaskets, Flanges, Gland Packings, Sealing Technologies.
- Exceptional written, communication, and presentation skills.
- 1 year - 4 years of experience in Industrial Sales.
- Knowing the Major Industrial Regions in and around Karnataka.
- Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation.
- Commitment to exceed targets.
- Strong planning & organization skills with the ability to manage customer expectations.
- Well-organized and self-disciplined with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Able to build good working relationships across all levels.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- A strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
