Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in both collaborative and individual settings.
- Develop and maintain standards, tools, techniques, and processes for performance testing.
- Create performance test strategies across projects and effectively plan testing phases.
- Conduct meetings with business, architects, and development teams to understand scope and infrastructure.
- Design performance frameworks and write performance tests adhering to best practices.
- Create, execute, and report on performance test execution summaries.
- Facilitate defect triage meetings, approve fixes, and track defects to closure.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Create workload profiles and prepare test data.
- Review test scripts and results from tools such as VSTS and Perfmon to identify issues and suggest improvements.
- Establish reusable processes for performance testing aligned with industry best practices.
- Assist QA management in effective resource planning and coordination.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in leading performance testing efforts.
- Proficient with performance testing tools, especially VSTS.
- Tuning experience with SQL Server, IIS, and web services.
- Coding proficiency in C# and PowerShell.
- 3+ Years of Experience with monitoring tools such as Perfmon, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace.
- Familiarity with Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, and Splunk.
- Ability to understand non-functional requirements and plan performance tests effectively.
- Expertise in creating comprehensive performance test plans, scripts, resource plans, and reports.
