Successfactors - Tester

**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Will be involved in Quality Assurance activities on SAP SuccessFactors, talent PMGM, LMS and Recruitment Management (RCM) or Employee Central (EC core) and Onboarding modules.
- Actively involved in performing different tests for use case scenarios like Hire, Re-Hire, Termination, LOAs, Transfer on Employee Central Onboarding business process.
- Perform Manual Testing (SIT, End-To-End, Regression testing and Integration testing) for different modules of SAP Success Factors like Employee Central, Confidential and Performance Management.
- Work closely with design and development teams, PM, IT Operations, business leads and product owners to understand full scope of requirements and pair with developers to design and build test scripts (SIT, Regression, end-to-end, Automation scripts) ensuring code coverage and quality.
- Creating requirements traceability matrix (RTM)
- Will be involved in test case design, test script documentation and execution. Sending daily test execution reports and defect management activities

**Qualifications**:

- At least 4+ years of experience as Quality Assurance Engineer on SAP SuccessFactors, with experience in HCM Employee central, Talent PMGM and LMS modules.
- Experience in SAP Absence & Time tracking and Payroll modules. Experience in Workday and related modules.
- Experience in writing complex test cases, Experience in understanding business processes, ability to determine the types of testing that must be conducted (i.e., functional, data validation, regression, etc.), including evaluating the testability of requirements and create a comprehensive test plan that supports the business and technical solutions being delivered.
- Thorough knowledge of Software life Cycle, Test Case Life Cycle, Defect Life Cycle.
- Experience in test management tools like Octane/ALM
- Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

**Additional (Good to have)**:

- Proficiency in creation of test plan and test case documentation, test execution reporting and test closure reports.
- Understanding of Test Automation core concepts. Having knowledge on different frameworks and having experience of UFT/Selenium for test execution.

**Experience**:

- Test automation: 2 years (preferred)
- QA Tester on SuccessFactors: 4 years (required)
- QA Tester: 8 years (required)
