**Role: Performance Tester**

**Notice: Immediate**

**Location - Hyderabad**

**Work Mode - contract basis**

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Utilizing load, stress, and analysis tools to model performance scenarios, perform initial analysis using performance monitoring tool and identify potential system and resources bottlenecks
- Analyze performance results and produce relevant reports and quality metrics with suggestions for improvements
- Research new ways of performance testing and recommend system configuration and tuning improvements based on observations
- Positive attitude, result oriented, demonstrating Accountability and Ownership using a variety of techniques and collaboration
- Work under the Technical Test Team Leader/Manager delivering non-functional test solutions that meet defined objectives, schedule, standards, cost targets and reflect the technical test strategy
- Take ownership of the non-functional test solution from project initiation to final acceptance, with responsibility for each NFT milestone within the cycle
- When required, lead and coordinate a small team of other technical test resources where dictated by delivery demands/requirements
- Provide professional project planning, estimation, non-functional test approaches, Technical Test solution quality, issue/risk management and results/analysis in keeping with department standards

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated capability to drive out Test Strategies in a global organization and to oversee the testing team activities and initiatives for best practices
- Strong understanding of the Oracle Database architecture and concepts
- Knowledge of JVM tuning based on test results
- Experienced in working on Linux/Unix
- At least 3 years experience in Performance Testing

**Job Type**: Temporary

**Salary**: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
