Accounting & Admin Assistant / Associate

We are a Professional Consulting & Services Provider with regional presence in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and India. Due to business growth, we are looking for an Accounting & Admin Assistant to join our team. This position will be based in Mumbai (Lower Parel).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the finance team on day-to-day routine accounting duties including clerical support such as bookkeeping, record keeping and filing of documents etc.
- Liaise with regional team on progress update and records verification
- Liaise with external parties such as bankers, auditors, lawyers, corporate secretarial to follow up on progress update and records verification
- Assist in month-end closing, bookkeeping, and relevant reportings
- Provide administrative support including HR administration, Office management and documentation support
**Key Requirements**:
- Degree Holder in Business Administration, Accounting or relevant fields
- Meticulous in detail and process driven
- Systematic and organized, resourceful & good problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and Hindi
- Positive and keen to learn, able to work independently and with team
**Work Arrangement**:
- 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday - in office
- some travel to local banks, offices would be required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
