**The Opportunity**
MaintWiz is looking for roles in MBAs with 1-3 years Industry Experience to support Project Office function.
This is an opportunity to build Industry 4.0 SaaS platform for big enterprise clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing SaaS company and help shape and scale the Client Management practice. We’re looking for a sharp, energetic and detail-oriented person who is passionate about implementing solutions for industry.
**Role - Project Office**
**Role Description**:
Responsible for working with Sr. Management and other senior managers of the Organization to track the various Strategic and Operational Initiatives.
- Maintain the initiatives tracker and update the status on a daily basis, by following with the key stakeholders
- Maintaining key milestones related to projects and tracking their progress. Reporting status and escalating to managements
- Managing Customer Calendar including tracking key activities, engagements, milestones, weekly / monthly meetings, follow up actions and next steps.
- Maintaining HR Calendar (Leave calendar, Timesheets, Training calendar, Performance Reviews, other recurring HR activities) and other periodic recurring activities
- Track Billing and Invoices and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Assisting Sr. Management in General Administration activities and Office Administration activities
- Developing, tracking and managing KPIs and SLAs
Location**:Chennai. **(Work from Office Role)
**Requirements**:
- MBA Degree required from premier institutes. Mandatory. Engineering degree is a plus
- 1-3 years of work experience in Project Office / Customer handling roles in Software Services and related roles is mandatory. Fresh MBAs with exceptional track record can be considered.
- Good oral and written communications.
- Good Analytical skills. Should be proficient in using Office Automation systems and other Productivity tools.
- Independent thinker and good at multi tasking.
- Should be a go getter.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year
