**Telesales Representative**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of introducing our products/services and establishing interest.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to prospects.
- Build Rapport: Develop and maintain rapport with prospects to build trust and credibility, addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding monthly quotas.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and contribute to overall team success.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and personal performance through ongoing training and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in telesales or direct sales, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

**Perks and Benefit**:

- Salary Range: 15,000 - 20,000
