**Position: Telesales RepresentativeJob Brief**

We are seeking an enthusiastic **Telesales Representative** to contribute to our startup’s growth by generating sales. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your role involves effective communication, handling new inquiries, and meeting sales quotas.

**Responsibilities**
- **Contact Potential or Existing Customers**:

- Use prepared scripts to inform customers about our products or services.
- Answer questions related to our offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and close sales.
- **Collaborate with Field Sales Team**:

- Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
- **Data Management**:

- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Process orders accurately.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle grievances professionally to maintain our company’s reputation.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.

**Requirements and Skills**
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- **Computer Skills**:

- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent command of English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Other Qualities**:

- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Strong negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹8,193.45 - ₹28,584.43 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
